Scenic view somewhere (anywhere) north of L. Superior
The guys are well into the Canadian Shield now and rolling up and down with the undulating terrain. They are meeting lots of other cyclists all on their own missions: there's Dave & Gail from Vancouver motel hopping across Canada towards the east coast, Leandre & Julien from Quebec heading towards Vancouver among others. But they are all part of the cycling network of info that gets passed from one to another along the way. Kinda sounds what you read about in history books about how the early settlers would have passed on information to one another as they made the treks across the land to settle in far flung places.
