Tug at top of the mountain.
May 29 saw the guys biking from Hope to EC Manning Provincial Park a 77 km uphill day. Today May 30 they were up early and on the road before stopping to enjoy a big breakfast in Princeton. (Apparently the oatmeal breakfast plan has died an early death.) After this they are heading for Keremeos where they will take a break during the heat of the day (30+C) decide the rest of the day.

77 kms UPHILL??? Are two trying to do yourselves in? Very impressive. I still feel Gaspereau Ave. everytime I ride home.
